No Plans for Star Wars for Disney Infinity Series

Disney has confirmed that there aren't any plans at the moment to bring Star Wars series into the realm of Disney Infinity.

The franchise mash-up, which includes a range of video games and matching toy "playsets", has included many different faces from the Disney line so far. Now that Star Wars is part of the House of Mouse, it's lead some fans to speculate that the space-aged adventure could be woven into Disney Infinity at some-point.

One of the potential signs was an image of Darth Vader posted by the Disney Store last week, placed on what appeared to be a Disney Infinity base.

The retailer has since confirmed that there "are no plans for Star Wars to join Disney Infinity at this moment in time."
