Rusty's Real Deal Baseball Gets US Make-over

As well as the standard text localisation, Rusty's Real Deal Baseball is also getting a protagonist make-over.

It's rather easy these days to bathe in cosmetic surgery, and that seems to be the case with Rusty, who has had a fair bit of work done in the localised US release of the mini-game, free-to-play compilation. Now armed with bigger cartoon eyes, less hair and a change in t-shirt, Rusty makes his Western debut with a fairly dramatic new look.

Should Nintendo have had to change the character design to accommodate markets outside Japan?
