Inafune Would use Dragon Balls to Ressurect Mega Man Legends 3 on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

In an interview with Mega Man creator Keiji Inafune at GDC this week, he recalls a desire to keep the Mega Man Legends 3 concept alive.

The popular fan-driven project Mega Man Legends 3 was shot down in flames back in 2011 despite having a continually growing community of fans committed to the cause. Wounds have still not healed as Inafune, who left Capcom in 2010 , revealed that "if somebody asked, even right now, what's the game you want to create most? It's still Legends 3."

He then expressed a desire to resurrect the project, if publisher Capcom gave him the much-desired green-light. "I could still gather most of the original team, even right now," he said, with belief that the "team would be passionate enough to come back together and create that game."

Let's say that, if we have all seven Dragon Balls right here, right now, and Shen Long comes up and says, 'What's your wish?' My wish would be, give me all the right tools, people, and environment to create Legends 3.

Would you like to see Mega Man Legends 3 return from its untimely grave?

My heart goes out to Inafune, Capcom acted like such a whiny brat when people were talking about the Red main character. This game was unjustly shut down due to marketing FEAR & not failure. Let's hope Capcom grows up & mends relations with Inafune once they realize they can't make a proper Megaman game without him.

It is not wise to speak on subjects you do not know all facts about, nor is it smart to judge a game based on looks alone. PSN: Nintendo_Gamer 3DS: 4296-3029-7422
