Guitar, DJ and Band Hero DLC to end on March 31st on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

Downloadable content for Activision's Hero series, including Guitar Hero, will come to a close after March 31st.

The publisher confirmed the news this week, with the service going offline after that date - downloadable songs for Guitar Hero, DJ Hero and Band Hero games can no longer be purchased after March 31st. That said, the servers will stay online and previously purchased content will remain unaffected.

As a goodbye gift, selected songs and the mobile game will be available at up to 50% OFF until the end of the month.
