SEGA have posted a behind-the-scenes video behind the Sonic Boom franchise announcement that took place behind closed doors this month.

The new spin-off series, featuring Sonic the Hedgehog and his closest companions, boasts a bold new look for the familiar characters. Donning a mass load of bandages and stylised features that closely resemble their own character traits, the new games promise more open-world exploration and combat.
