Tee off with Golf Added to Wii Sports Club

Nintendo has updated Wii Sports Club today to include Golf on the roster of different Wii U activities.

Fans can now sample the delights of Golf in addition to the already-available Tennis and Bowling. The enhanced title adds support for the Wii Remote Plus, with the ball displayed on the Wii U GamePad (placed on the floor).

The game includes a nine-hole course inspired by the NES classic Golf US Course, plus the existing setup from the original Wii Sports release. There's also support for online play for those wanting to fill holes wirelessly.

As with the other sports, Nintendo is offering a 24-hour free trial pass for those wanting to sample Wii Sports Club Golf in its entirety.
