Mighty Switch Force 2 Confirmed for Nintendo Wii U

WayForward has confirmed that the platforming sequel Mighty Switch Force! 2 is in development for Nintendo Wii U.

Speaking to Nintendo Everything this week, the studio highlighted how it's in progress but as "kind of a back-burner project right now", with an official announcement expected within the next few weeks. The original game was initially a 3DS-only project but was soon scaled up for a Wii U eShop release as well.
