Rumour: Nintendo Spain Suggests April Release for Mario Kart 8 Wii U?

A newsletter from Nintendo Spain may have jumped the gun with the Wii U release date for Mario Kart 8. April 2014?

Nintendo have highlighted that the much anticipated Wii U racing game is slated for a "Spring 2014" release, but have yet to specify a specific date or month. However, a Nintendo Europe newsletter notes "In April 2014 Mario Kart 8 is coming to Wii U".

Nintendo have yet to comment on the rumour, but an April 2014 release would offer a great boost to the new fiscal year for the company.

Anyone want to bet that the three guests who posted above are actually the same person? Just look at the time stamp.

Anyway, (if this was a factor) I would think they would want to release the game before March 31 so as to boost game and console sales before the close of the fiscal year.
