Activision Wants Nintendo Wii U to be a Success on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

Activision have confirmed their current stance on the Wii U in recent interview with Activision Publishing CEO Eric Hirshberg.

Hirshberg was quizzed on the latest Nintendo home console, with a "slower" performance compared to the likes of Ubisoft and reiterated that Activision are "very choiceful in the number of titles we make", launching on the Wii U with Call of Duty and Skylanders.

Going forward Activision "want to see Nintendo be successful and we want to do anything to help them be successful". Despite the system's performance so far, "We have a vested interest in making them successful", Hirshberg concluded.

What do you think of Hirshberg's comments and the Wii U support?

Call of Duty: Black Ops II has gotten patches, but DLC support has been sorely missed.

A definite confirmation of Call of Duty: Ghosts would be nice too.

Then release Destiny for the Wii U.

I would love this. Not including Super Smash, Destiny is my number 2 favorite game from E3 (first Being Watch Dogs). But I'm getting rid of Xbox Live (and possibly my Xbox) early next year, so unless they put it on Wii U, I can't really play it.
