THQ Sells Remaining Assets to Three Publishers on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

THQ have outlined plans for the the $6.55 million sale of its remaining IPs and assets, including Red Faction and Drawn to Life.

The publisher, which went bankrupt earlier this year, have distributed it's large roster of franchises and licenses to a number of different publishers and have now completed the process - subject to Bankruptcy Court approval.

Nordic Games Licensing would purchase Darksiders, Red Faction, MX vs ATV, "Other owned software" (includes Destroy all Humans!, Summoner and more) and "Other Licensed Software" (includes Marvel Super Hero Squad, Supreme Commander and more).

Gearbox Software have purchased Homeworld.

505 Games want in on Drawn to Life and Drawn to Life: The Next Chapter.

These sales are expected to be approved and finalised after May 13th.
