Devil Survivor Overclocked is Undercooked in Europe, Suffers Game Breaking Bugs on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

Reports have started spawning around the web of bizzare bugs in the European release for Devil Survivor: Overclocked.

Fans in the continent have been sitting tight in anticipation for the continually promised localised release, but the move into PAL territory has caused a few errors during its trip across the ocean. Oddly these issues don't appear in the original US version, but are prominent and some even game breaking here.

The auction house and "summon" command, quite a vital one, sometimes causes the game to freeze in different scenarios and points in the game.

The publisher did reply to one of the issues stating that they'll "look into it", but no word of a patch at time of writing.

Are you one of the unlucky folk who grabbed hold of a copy of Devil Survivor: Overclocked in Europe?

That sucks. Hopefully they can get this fixed; they were able to release an eshop update to fix Mario Kart glitches, Nintendo should get on whoever localized this and get it fixed. It's a good game and it's been successful enough to warrant a sequel, a remake of the sequel, a spinoff, and an anime, so hopefully it's too big for Nintendo to ignore.

Ugh, 2 effin years wait and they've introduced new glitches.

Atlus for the love of god open a damn European Branch, I'd wager you've lost a good number of fans with the Persona 4 Arena shambles and now this.

I'd wager they simply don't care about Europe, their European releases have always been like this because they take forever to get the source code to their publishers. European releases are always at the bottom of their priority lists, but they'll continue to get away with it.

If P4U is ruined like this, I'll be pretty annoyed.
