Apollo Justice Returning to Ace Attorney Series

Ace Attorney newbie Apollo Justice is to make a return to the series, according to the latest Famitsu magazine.

The report confirms that in Ace Attorney 5 Apollo will make an appearance, described as a little worse for wear with a bandage over his right eye and looking rather rattled. It's uncertain whether Apollo will be playable, but it's clear he'll find himself within the storyline somehow.

Despite his appearance, series favourite Phoenix Wright will be at the helm for Ace Attorney 5 as the main playable character.

The report also highlighted that Capcom are working to improve the adventure/point and click sections by allowing players to navigate scenes in first-person 3D with a more flexible camera for a potentially more engaging experience.

Ace Attorney 5 is heading to Nintendo 3DS this year in Japan, with a Western release to be confirmed.
