Cubed3 Turns 10 Years Old Today

Today is a special day for Cubed3: it's been ten years today since we launched the website, covering the latest Nintendo news from around the globe.

Over a decade later, we're still here and committed to bringing you the latest Wii U and 3DS news, reviews and exclusive features. Whilst Nintendo has entered a technological leap into high definition and 3D in the last 20 months, the company's principles still remain ever true: high quality, innovative experiences with pure fun in mind; this is one of the reasons we love their games.

The unadulterated, addictive platforming, sports and partying with Super Mario Bros, timeless adventures with The Legend of Zelda, space-age exploration in Star Fox and Metroid; Nintendo have woven many memorable games and events over the last ten years.

It's been an honour to write for and support Nintendo, something Cubed3 will continue to strive to do for hopefully many more decades to come!

A huge thank you to all our industry contacts that have helped support Cubed3 over the years with interview opportunities, competitions and the latest games to review.

Of course, a big group hug to our team of contributors past and present, without their devotion to gaming through writing and content ideas we certainly wouldn't be where we are today.

A special thanks to Senior Editor Adam Riley who has been here and supported Cubed3 since the very beginning, past editors Mike Mason and James Temperton, Susan Gray who has helped with content and events throughout the years, plus Az Elias who has been crucial for developing our catalogue of Nintendo games and helping on the latest version of the website.

Last, but by no means least, thank you for supporting Cubed3: from reading our articles and re-tweeting, to becoming a Fan on Facebook, watching our YouTube videos and commenting in the forums. Every click and comment has made running the website an incredible experience.

I've only been with Cubed3 for two of those ten years but one thing is for sure, I certainly didn't regret signing up for this lovely website. Happy Birthday! Smilie

Bloody hell can't believe Cubed3 has been running for 10 years? Best website I've ever had the pleasure of being involved in, its almost bringing a tear to my eyes.

Happy decade to my favourite game website! Hard to believe I've been a (relatively active) member on C3 for some 8 years now, and a Mod for around half that time! Most of my most fond internet memories draw back to this place and I genuinely hope that after making it this far, C3 only gets more popular and important within the industry!
