The chap behind Nintendo 3DS brawler Senran Kagura has expressed an interest to bring the title to the west as a download.
Senran Kagura: Burst is a 3DS game that tells the tale of female ninjas with enhanced weaponry, focusing on a blend of novel, adventure and stereostopic 3D. It's all about gaining ninja experience, primarily a side-scrolling brawler that builds on character abilities through achievements, stat building and extra costumes. One of the more unique aspects however is dynamic clothing, where if a player takes damage, clothes will be torn off to reveal a more scantily clad ninja.
The game's producer Kenichiro Takaki was quizzed as to whether Senran Kagura: Burst would receive localisation treatment and despite nothing currently in place, it's something "we'd like to release overseas... What we would like to do, when Nintendo further builds up their infrastructure for downloadable games, is release it as a downloadable title."
