We have just a quick update on the highly anticipated Broken Saints: The Video Game. The following information was revealed in the latest Broken Saints newsletter:

"ORAN'S ON THE PROWL...IN 3 DIMENSIONS!!!

Lotsa questions about our foray into the truly 'interactive' world as of late, so here's a quickie bullet-point update from the cyber sands of the BS Videogame:

  • all objects and character models are essentially complete, including the interior and exterior of Oran's bunker. Textures are being tweaked as you read this!!!
  • motion capture for the character models - ORAN, HASSAN, and a SPECTRAL surprise - is complete. Animations will be keyed to completed character rigs next week!!!
  • audio, text, user interface, and menus by the end of the month, with the fully-functional level demo to be showcased to eager publishing pals in March!!!"
