AR Events Planned for Kid Icarus Uprising

Those who nab a copy of the upcoming modernised take on the classic Kid Icarus will soon me able to trade and share special AR cards.

The new game focuses on intense, nippy 3D action in a deep single player campaign and heated multiplayer feature, but will also let players engage in a little Augmented Reality via the use of specific cards. Pop a pair on a flat surface and witness as the characters do battle before your very eyes - the game includes a set of six, and you'll be able to play, trade and share these at upcoming events.

Nintendo of America has announced plans to hold these across the country once the Kid Icarus Uprising floats into stores on March 23rd.
