Famed movie director Takashi Miike has confirmed a worldwide release for the much anticipated Phoenix Wright flick.
Based on the original GameBoy advance Ace Attorney series (later localised on the DS, Wii and iOS), the film attempts to humanise the key scenes from the story arc, including the heated courtroom scenarios, a tricky situation on a boat and of course those essential moments for poor Phoenix to shine.
The film was previously thought to be exclusive to Japan, with fan subtitles expected, but with the series continually popular overseas, Capcom have decided to go local across the globe.
Miike noted in a Q&A session that different dubbed and subtitled editions will be available.
Eager beavers can put their sleuthing caps on soon with a Japanese release of 11th February.
Are you an Ace Attorney fan? Will you be sticking to the original Japanese release of waiting for a localised edition?
