Good stuff, really looking promising! Hope this revitalised concept really brings something new to the table. Having played 8 again recently, wasn't too bad as I thought though.

Those mini games look pretty damn fun but I'm not sure if I like the fact that when someone moves on the map, everyone does. Seems a bit weird but it does look very promising Smilie

Mini games look great.
Boards.. do not.

I really hope the big board buggy is an optional gimmick? Kind of defeats any hecticness the boards had before.

Am I the only one who hates the whole board concept of Mario Party games? I just want to actually PLAY something (mini-games). Rolling a dice is something I can do in real life.

They were never super exciting, but the luck element could sometimes make things hilarious.

In any case it'd be nice if they worked on the board element, but I don't know.. this looks like it might just turn out worse than before, board-wise at least.

The one thing needed to get me back into Mario Party would be online. Has this one got that? If not, Bring on Mario Party 10 WiiU!! Smilie

Don't think it has. Which is a crying shame. Boom Street has online, so that could have been Square's idea. Either way though, I can't believe MP Online still hasn't happened. Will probably happen for MP3DS. Would be cool if you could cross-platform online with Mario Party 10 (Wii U) and MP3DS.
