New 8 Minute Trailer for Dream Drop Distance on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

Scheduled for a March release in Japan (and hopefully worldwide not long after), this newest trailer reveals more key details on the game, including the new worlds of the Disney Musketeers, Tron Legacy, the Hunchback of Notre Dame and Pinocchio. Also revealed is the cameos of the rest of The World Ends With You's main cast, and the main 'Drop' method of entering the worlds that replaces the Gummi Ship sections. Be sure to have a watch!

Will you be going the Distance with Sora and Riku's latest adventure next year?

Smilie! Lack of communication led me to post this just after you! Nevermind.

Looks brilliant anyway.

amazing. can't wait till the english release

FUCK YES, SHIKI... AND BEAT AND RHYME AND JOSHUA. (I already knew about Neku)

DO WANT. Looks fantastic. Smilie

EDIT: THEY BETTER KEEP THE SAME VOICE ACTORS AS TWEWY FOR THE ENGLISH LOCALISATION.

Is it just me, or does it seem weird to anyone else seeing Disney characters you grew up with or know well talking in Japanese? Smilie

But yeah, it looks awesome. The World Ends With You characters FTW! Smilie

Lmao, this is the first thing I thought when I heard Mickey's Japanese voice. Smilie

WOOT!!!! Even though they only had little sayings & not really deep or long lines I REEEAALLY HOPE they keep the original voice actors that they used in the American veraion of The World Ends with You!! Shiki, Joshua & Neku all fit their voice actors PERFECTLY!!

It is not wise to speak on subjects you do not know all facts about, nor is it smart to judge a game based on looks alone. PSN: Nintendo_Gamer 3DS: 4296-3029-7422

There shouldn't be any reason why they wouldn't. Square have a good history of going back to the original actors for when they bring back old characters. Good example is getting James Arnold Taylor back to voice Tidus in Dissidia. I'd bet my life that all original actors from TWEWY will return, or Square will at least ask them to reprise their roles.

From the video, it looks as if they speak a whole lot more in this! Hell yeah! I really hope we get some kind of sequel to TWEWY for the 3DS. The characters being included in this seems like a sort of hint at a sequel or something.. Smilie

I hope so Azuardo...but the fact that Billy Zane no longer is Ansem makes me worry & he was ALOT more impressive than the voice actor that does Batto in Ghost in the Shell (Can't remember his name sorry) & I prefered Squall's voice actor in the 1st KH over the new guy they got in Dissidia & the others.

Guy sounds overly serious & he talks with a tone that sounds like he's holding back a strong urge to hurl lol!!! XD
