Zelda Playing Cards in December

Next month Nintendo will be releasing playing cards with a Legend of Zelda theme. Each suit is based on a particular game in the series. Using artwork from the original NES Legend of Zelda, Ocarina of Time, The Wind Waker and the latest game in the franchise, Skyward Sword, images of the various Link, Zelda and Ganondorf characters, along with recognisable items, symbols and enemies, are present on every card face. As you'd expect, the various Zeldas are on the Queen cards, whilst Ganon is on Kings.

They will be priced at 1,050 yen, but there is no word yet on whether Nintendo will bring them out overseas.
