Stop the presses folks, the 3DS Slide Pad packaging has been revealed from an online retailer.

Amazon Japan's popped up their listing for the soon-to-be-released peripheral, due out in Japan on December 10th for 1,500 yen (around £12.50) as a stand-alone, optional extra. The Slide Pad will also come bundled with Monster Hunter 3G for additional control on those longer slaying sessions.

A European or North America release have yet to be confirmed, but with a growing list of third party support, expect plans to be confirmed shortly.

It does make you want to slice your wrist, cause its that terrible.

Looks good. Might pick one up if it averages a tenner over here. Smilie

Bring out MH3G over here, bundle it with this and I'll buy it. That is all.

Personally can't wait to get my hands on it. I hope they release it with Revelations over here.

Add me on anything. I'm always looking for new friends/opponents/town visitors/chances to appear more popular than I actually am.

Again, Nintendo need to sack their hardware designers, they still living in some 80s dreamland where blocky shite is good and unprotected sex was rampant.

Unless you like playing with hardware that's extremely brittle. I swear you guys keep forgetting the most simple of things & Nintendo knows that it's not just adults that will be using this, so making something slim & sexy but will break if dropped goes against EVERYTHING they stand for.

Tell me does a 4 year old care what his game system look like? No & neither should a 34 year old man as long as he has confidence. You play what YOU want so screw what other people think, I'll be picking this up, I'm also getting the psp vita & yes it looks nicer than this set up...but I'm gonna have to be ALOT more careful & protective of that than my 3DS which is a TOTAL PAIN.

Nintendo is doing right, they're using what materials are availible & cost effective to mass produce so unless you want to pay several HUNDRED dollars more just so it looks "sexy" & not run the risk of it breaking when dropped from a meager 3 feet then buy a version made of pure titanium cause Nintendo hardware are ALWAYS built to last.

Here's an epic news story that PROOVES this.

It is not wise to speak on subjects you do not know all facts about, nor is it smart to judge a game based on looks alone. PSN: Nintendo_Gamer 3DS: 4296-3029-7422

Looks out of whack, but hey, that's the price we early adopters have to pay, for trusting companies to get things right the first time.

I know this is completely off topic but did anyone else hear the rumor that Level 5 bought the rights to the Kyle Hyde saga & Hotel dusk. and that they are making a sequel to Last Window ?

It's so ridiculous. Especially if they truly plan to come out with a new redesigned 3ds because of it. D:
