New THEATRHYTHM Final Fantasy 3DS Screens on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

Square Enix have released more screenshots from the latest Final Fantasy spin-off - THEATRHYTHM for Nintendo's 3DS.

The new project from the Japanese RPG masters blends Final Fantasy action, characters and combat with a more rhythmic approach to battle. You'll find yourself tapping and drawing with the stylus to over 50 classic tunes from the long-running series, including Clash on the Big Bridge and One Winged Angel.

Square Enix is promising a selection of songs from each of the main numbered Final Fantasy games, plus playable characters from each quest.

I guess they're biding their time.

This doesn't look bad to me, but I'd really like to see this game in action. Hate it when developers only want to show screenshots for new games in the beginning. I'd rather see a small trailer of the game in action first, then you can flood me with all the screenshots. Smilie

Again I'm NOT a Graphic Whore but I absolutely HATE this art style. The only thing I can think of as to why Square is using the Avitar Design from the KH RE:Coded bonus feature is the fact that these FF heroes are possibly Maniquines.

I mean we clearly see Cosmos & Chaos on the front cover so it's plausible that the heroes are just puppets for the 2 Gods twisted musical enjoyment.

It is not wise to speak on subjects you do not know all facts about, nor is it smart to judge a game based on looks alone. PSN: Nintendo_Gamer 3DS: 4296-3029-7422
