Just Dance 2 Becomes the Best-Selling Third Party Game on Wii on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

The Just Dance games have proven to be very successful for Ubisoft, with strong sales for both Just Dance and Just Dance 2. That success continues to show, as Ubisoft announced that Just Dance 2 has now become the best-selling third-party game on the Wii. With an impressive 14 million sales worldwide, it puts it up there with some popular Nintendo games and even outselling Mario.

Just Dance 2 has only been around for 9 months and on top of its impressive sales figures, it has also won a Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Award. Ubisoft has also released an updated version today, Just Dance 2: Extra Songs. This version includes songs only previously available by download.

Ubisoft is incredibly proud of the monumental success Just Dance 2 has had the past nine months. The game’s outstanding performance solidifies the Just Dance brand as a pop culture phenomenon.
