Original Story - From the minds behind Chronos Twins DX and Little Red Riding Hood's Zombie BBQ comes 99Bullets for Nintendo DSiWare. The Spanish developer EnjoyUp has a very strong track-record already, and now it is back with a fun space-shooter with a retro look. The premise, according to EnjoyUp, is "where you lose a bullet, you lose a life; and where you lose a life, you lose a bullet."

99Bullets is set in a galaxy called IRATA 2601, which is being threatened by Black Eye and his minions, and the hero, V-99, is ready to stop him with his 99 bullets.

Interesting looking game, it's still lacking the style of Bit Trip though. I love my shmups. and any game that attempts to do something new with the genre is good.

The hinge gap will have a detrimental effect on the quality of gameplay though. A side-on option for 3DS's top screen would have been far better.

They should adapt the code before May 1st.

This game is retro HEAVEN!!!! Excellent design choice with an accuracy demanding bullet hell shooter.....I want neh......NEED to own this!!

It is not wise to speak on subjects you do not know all facts about, nor is it smart to judge a game based on looks alone. PSN: Nintendo_Gamer 3DS: 4296-3029-7422
