Two Tom Clancy Trailers for 3DS on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

Ubisoft have a pair of launch trailers for upcoming Tom Clancy games - Ghost Recon: Shadow Wars and Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory 3DS.

Both games will bring a slice of action to Nintendo's 3D handheld when the new console arrives on the market at the end of this month. Shadow Wars is an all new tactical game for the 3DS, where players set out on a top-down strategy adventure to stop the exploits of the devious Russian chap named Yuri Treskayev.

Chaos Theory 3DS on the other-hand is a remake of the much loved 2005 game of the same name, bringing fans a taste of Sam Fisher's sneaking abilities whilst on the move.

Will you be buying either game when the 3DS hits a store near you?

One that looks like a DS game quickly re-jigged as a 3DS launch game and one that is a rushed port, most likely much worse than the original. Yep, that's Ubisoft for ya! Smilie

The Splinter Cell one doesn't even show any gameplay I'm so tired of publisher releasing trailers like this and expecting people to get excited.

(I concur with Ifrit about the other)

When Chaos Theory was announced I got really excited. I was hoping for the return of 2v2 online multiplayer (me and my brother would have probably both got a copy had that been the case), and yet all we're getting is a shoddy looking single player only game. It looks so rushed (and hasn't been shown at the public events) that it's almost criminal to do such a thing to a masterpiece of its genre.

Add me on anything. I'm always looking for new friends/opponents/town visitors/chances to appear more popular than I actually am.
