Kingdom Hearts GBA Website Opens......More Details for Eager Fans! The Official Website for the forthcoming GBA-exclusive RPG, Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories, from Square Enix and developed by Jupiter has now opened. Contained therein are more screenshots of the lovely looking title and many details regarding the game, albeit in Japanese! The pseudo-sequel to the worldwide PlayStation 2 hit Kingdom Hearts takes lead character Sora to the dreaded Castle of Oblivion, where players will encounter a wealth of action-oriented RPG shenanigans. KH: CoM will play extremely similarly to its PS2 predecessor, but will also include an element that is unique to the series, and one that seems to be appearing in more and more RPGs nowadays - the card battling system. Whilst in the midst of a battle situation, an enemy card will appear and by stacking the same card on the enemies as quickly as possible, a huge amount of damage will be dealt to said foe. The use of multiple cards will ultimately results in further crushing damage being bestowed upon the unwitting enemies. As well as for attacking purposes, though, certain cards can be used to call upon your friends to aid in the combat process. KH: CoM will also be the first GBA title to feature Full Motion Video cut-scenes, which, from what has been seen so far, look amazingly gorgeous! Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories currently only has a rough Japanese release date of '2004', with US and European launches soon after. C3 will endeavour to bring you more details as and when they arise! Please Post Your Comments Below!
