New Dates for Goldeneye 007, DJ Hero 2 Wii on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

Activision have announced two new Wii dates today, confirming an autumn release for both Goldeneye 007 and DJ Hero 2.

James Bond's new face for an old tale, Goldeneye 007 sees the British sleuth deal some damage to deadly satellite operation, blast through Saint Petersburg in a tank and leap of a huge dam, as you do. The Wii remake of the Nintendo 64 classic is set to ignite four-player split screen memories from November 2nd 2010.

You scratch your own tunes in the comfort of your living room, breaking new beats in the second DJ Hero installment. Available across multiple platforms from October 19th 2010 in the US and 22nd in Europe.

I've never been so excited for a Wii title.
I remember first playing the N64 version back in 97 with two of my friends.
We played it for 8 hours straight. I think we went to bed at 5am.
2 of us had to work the next day =]
I have very high hopes for this.

i'm excited for this game too!!!

i just hope in comparison to Golden Eye 64 to N64 it will do well, and at least better!!! with the far to often cries of "no games geared for hardcore gamers".

i kinda of smell at N64ish (classic controller) in the works by some 3rd pary somewhere...or dare say by Nintendo themselves....hmmm

I personally can't wait to try out the remake for Goldeneye. I just want to play facility and shoot the guy in the toilet for nostalgic sake. Smilie
