Nintendo have been having a great time with their new system, 3DS, lapping up plaudits wherever they take it. Now it seems that they are ready for the next phase of their plan: Nintendo 3DS' launch details will be announced in a matter of weeks, on or around September 29th 2010.
Speaking to Bloomberg Japan, Nintendo representative Yasushi Hiroshi Minagawa confirmed that we will soon learn the details of 3DS' price and launch dates. All that has previously been revealed is that it will be released worldwide during the current fiscal year, which gives Nintendo any time up until April 2011 to bring forth their 3D revolution. The information will finally be revealed two weeks after the Tokyo Game Show closes its doors on the 29th September.
Cubed3 staff recently had the 3DS' magic shot directly into their eyes at Nintendo's UK post-E3 tour, which took place this week. Prepare for an onslaught of hands-on news about the dazzling new system, as well as how 2010's DS and Wii line-up is looking.
