Virgin Trains to Offer DS Consoles on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

Sitting staring out at the passing trees, sheep and occasional power plant may be a thing of the past with Virgin Trains trialling DS.

Trains typically may offer food, drink and the local paper to read through but for those wanting some light entertainment whilst on longer journeys may get to try out a few games on Nintendo's DS.

According to Marketing Magazine, passengers on West Coast Mainline routes will be offered 20/30 minute sessions to play the latest and most popular games. Brand ambassadors will be walking through carriages in coming weeks to promote the service.

What do you think of the idea? Would you want a similar service in your area?
