Looks alright, looking forward to it. ^_^ I preferred the Japanese setting of the original to the Wild West though. Hopefully there'll be a variety of environments anyway.
The screenshots look too clean, but the art style and graphics are a big improvement over Red Steel. I'm looking forward to how this turns out.
I'm loving the artistic direction they are taking with Red Steel 2, looks great. With Wii motionplus added on this should be great fun.
Wow some of you are hard to please. This game looks amazing. Im actually really excited about using motion plus. Although I did loove playing GST.
Gameplay still looks boring. You enter a 'pit', a few enemies are thrown in (sometimes multiple at once) and you swing at them until they die. Then you walk a bit before you enter the next pit.

If you think about it that sums up a lot of games. Even nintendo games. Take wii sport. You enter a pit aka tennis court, bowling alley, boxing ring, You swing away until you win but you dont move on. The stage looks the same regardless. The enemies get difficult but never approach challenging. Im guessing you didnt like the katana stages in Resort (if you played it)
Any way these are demos the first to show of the sword mechanics and this to show of other enemies and attack types. They have already said there are side quests
Looks as repetitive as E3 demo. Hopefully they will mix things up.
