Passage Creator to Make DS Strategy Game on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

The brain behind indie title Passage has gotten the go-ahead to work on a two player strategy game for the DS.

Jason Rohrer describes the game as a "two-player strategy game about diamond trading in Angola on the eve of the passage of the Kimberly Process", and it won't be a homebrew affair either, he reveals that it'll be sold in stores as opposed to download-only.

    That's... interesting. I suppose the idea of political/historical games ought to be an interesting one. I wonder if he's considering it as a strategy title or some other genre?
