Square Enix has introduced paid content for one WiiWare Final Fantasy with themes from another.
Fans who have grabbed a copy of Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles My Life as a Dark Lord can now enhance their game by splashing their Wii Points on new costumes with a few tagged on abilities. One of the interesting aspects though, is that these costumes come straight out of another Final Fantasy for Wii - IV The After Years.
The costumes, at 200 points each and owned by Rydia and Palom, allow you to cast fire and cyclone magic once per stage to deal some extra damage. Kaim and Palom also turn up as summonable monsters - Kaim offering fast physical attacks with Palom dealing out magic to slow down oncoming heroes. Again priced at 200 points.
There's more! A deadly Nightmare Tiara, giving an extra 50 NP once you start a stage - for 200 points.
If you've dolled out and accessorised your Darklordess enough, there are two stage packs - beginner/intermediate, and advanced - 300 points separately and together for 500.
What do you think of these updates - worth spending your points on?
