The Grudge Lands on EU Wii in October on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

Following Cubed3's revelation last week that Ju-on: The Grudge was heading to Europe, a rough date has now been provided by publisher Rising Star Games. The horror adventure, developed by Feelplus and published by AQ Interactive in Japan, will launch across Europe in time for Halloween, sometime in October.

With Takashi Shimizu, Director of the original Japanese movies, being involved in the game's creation as the creative consultant, with any luck it will prove to be far better than the awful straight-to-DVD release of The Grudge 3, which he was involved with...

Wow, those screenshots are weird...some look incredibly bad, but others look fairly decent.

I got a hunch this may turn out rather poor.(Inferiour to, say, Obscura2)

At least this will get more attention than Obscure: The Aftermath did since it's got a decent publisher behind it!

I enjoyed both Obscure games, allthough I played them on PC.
What specificaly makes them great though is the fact that you can play them in co-op.
A full, proper, co-op adventure/horror game. Pretty unique.

I'm not sure it would be anywhere near as fun in one player, but the puzzles were decent.
My bigger problem (mostly with the first game) was the controlls. I think its much more suited to consoles.
