EA Sports Active Exercises Revealed on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

EA have updated the official site for their upcoming Wii fitness title with a list of the different exercises you can perform.

EA Sports Active: Personal Trainer, is the first fitness title in an upcoming range of software designed to keep Wii players fit, and take a more Western approach to healthy body weight/loss.

Activities include: Cardio Boxing, Basic Dance, Tennis, Inline Skating, Kick-Ups, Cardio Dance, Kickbox, Batting, Volleyball, Basketball, Pitching and Catching, Serve, Run, Walk, Jump, High Steps, Lateral Raises, Lunge, Reps Side Lunge, Squat/Calf, Lunge Jump, Squat Jump, Punch Target, Fast Dance, and Punch Bag.
