The latest edition of Famitsu has revealed the first details on Nintendo's latest Wii experiment, Kensax.
The mini-game collection at first sounds like a regular collection of puzzlers and point 'n' shoot, but according to IGN the title originates from the term "Kensaku", Japanese for searching. Essentially players search something in a directory and the games are played using the number of results.
The magazine has detailed a few of the 11 games available, including Battle! Search Panel 9, Connect! Search Puzzle and Fastest! Search Shooter. With each of these, words from the results are used to combine, search and pair up words by using the Wii remote to point and click away on screen.
The game disc includes 3,000 terms but also allows internet connectivity to expand the default list. It's said to be weaving its way into Japan later this year.
