Sin & Punishment, Another Code Heading to the West on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

Nintendo's first party release list for 2009 has confirmed Sin & Punishment and Another Code for a Euro release.

In the company's Japanese lists for overseas, it confirms a European release for Sin & Punishment 2, Another Code (Trace Memory), Wii Sports Resort and Endless Ocean 2 sometime this year. US fans at present seem to lack Another Code and Endless Ocean 2, but it's likely these will crop up at some point.

Japanese players have a whole lot confirmed for release this year, including Cosmic Walker, a Kirby game and the first two installments of the Metroid Prime series revitalised on Wii.

The third party selection for all regions is pretty much what's already been confirmed - including Tenchu IV, Dead Rising, MadWorld, Sonic & The Black Knight, MySims Party and more.

    I assume CY stands for Calendar year... that's not really helpful, I imagine we won't get Pokemon Platinum until the end of the year, so good thing I'm importing. Smilie

    I am happy that M&L 3 is coming to the US this year. It is probably the only game out of this list I am gauranteed to be picking up.

    I noticed a spacey Endless Ocean-alike on the video reel from Nintendo's Conference last year, so it might be that.

    I love kirby, but after getting 4 kirby games I'm started to realise they're all too samey, so I doubt I'll get this...

    Kirby's been out in Japan and US for a good few months already. Nintendo is just weird when it comes to releasing them in Europe.

    Not the one coming out on the Wii Though! Can't wait to see what have they done to Kirby now! Please be something completely different and longer!! I think it's another franchise that deserves more investment by Nintendo.

    IGN dosnt have much details on Cosmic Walker either.
    Just 3 screenshots.

    This games going quite under the rader it seems.


    Incidently; I think Europe often gets a better deal with adventure-game or story based game release's, they sale very good in germany particularly.
    Prefessor Layton was the exception rather then the rule.

    It looks like a good year fot the Wii and DS. I hope that the Kirby game comes out in the country. But if not then I will just import it.
