Flower Sun and Rain follows the tale of Sumio Mondo, a chap who makes a living by looking for people's lost belongings. He arrives on a resort island known as Lospas, helping out residents and guests with various problems. A bomb on a plane at an airport explodes... He awakens in a time warp - the bomb hasn't exploded, yet. The day repeats over and over, but with weird changes each time. Will he loose his mind?
