GTA Chinatown Wars ships Drugs to DS on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

New details from Rockstar's portable GTA on DS have surfaced, including GPS and a whole load of drugs.

It looks like the touch screen will have some pretty nifty features, like being able to pen down a map and work out routes, view objectives and other city data and even bring up a drug map.

  • Camera can move around 360 degrees.
  • Trains will pass over the city, cars will circle around with pedestrians on the street - much like the current GTA setup.
  • GPS/map data will be shown on the touch screen, with a PDA interface with more details on key locations, and mission objectives.
  • Mark points on the map and the GPS will bring up the shortest, and legal, route to your destination.
  • New discoveries are added to the map automatically.
  • Importance of drugs, drug system in the game. Controlling stock of drugs, buying in one area, flog in the next - even includes a drug map.
  • Whistle into the microphone for a cab.

    LOL hilarious. Sounds pretty creative, although GTA is not my type of game, it sounds pretty inventive.
