Miis Head on Tour with Guitar Hero

By Jorge Ba-oh 20.08.2008 2

It's time to rock out with your Mii's in the latest installment in the legendary music-game franchise, Guitar Hero: World Tour.

According to Joystiq, at the Leipzig Games Convention this week Activision have revealed that Mii's will be tied to World Tour in some form. Whether it be full-sized front Miis rocking out to the heaviest tunes, or fumbling around at the back is unknown but positive news nonetheless.

European tracks will also be available exclusively round these parts, but most likely as downloadable content or bonus CD.

Take that Wii music!

This Guitar Hero sound ybout right and fully functional on Wii! Thanks, I begin to think, that Vicarious Visions got a lot of ressources for development. And a lot of ideas for making Wii's GH slightly above the rest. Mii's are great, I don't need them as front people, but it may appeal to others.
And downloadable content is really important! I hope they release a lot of tracks for older installments, which didn't get released for Wii. I even would like the old tracks from Harmonix' GH 1 and 2, but I fear, this is impossible due to copyright-clashes...

I wouldn't even mind data-DVDs on a regular basis, but DLC would be most convenient, since you could select your picks...

I find your lack of faith disturbing!
