Kamiya has Ideas for Okami, Bayonetta for Nintendo 3DS

Hideki Kamiya, Platinum Games director on The Wonderful 101, would love to create spin-off titles for Bayonetta and Okami. Speaking to Siliconera during PAX last week, Kamiya expressed an interest in working on Nintendo's portable - after creating The Wonderful 101 for Nintendo Wii U.

If, given the go-ahead, Kamiya would "like to make a game based on Jeanne from Bayonetta", he said. "...Something that's portable, that you could play in quick sessions, where she's a history teacher and the kind of fun things that could come out of a scenario like that."

In addition, Kamiya would like to "spin-off of Okami, less focused on the grand idea of saving the world, but [rather] something focused on the smaller world of the fairy Issun."
