Essential Nintendo DS Games
Based on an idea found on the Nintendo DS forums at QJ.net
[http://forums.qj.net/f-nds-games-54/t-nintendo-ds-the-essential-games-75225.html]

Post what you think are the greatest games available for the Nintendo DS. This should cut down on the threads asking which DS games people should get, and get an overall opinion in the Cubed3 community as to which games out there really are the best. Smilie

I put this here rather than the Forum Games, because it's more gaming based. If a mod disagrees, then change it. Also, could someone sticky this? Smilie

Just post a list of Nintendo DS games that you like, and after a certain amount of votes, they'll go into one of the categories below! =]

If your interesting in doing something a bit more than this many boards have threads like : "The big book on everything you need to know about ... " Where they go thru everything on the console to get peopleup to speed. Just an idea if your keen.

Here we go:

Tony Hawk American Sk8land
Super Mario 64 DS
Wario Ware DS
Project Rub(PAL name)
Yoshi Touch and Go
Animal Crossing
Advance Wars Dual Strike
Metroid Prime Hunters
Mario and Luigi Partners in Time
Nintendogs
StarFox Command
Kirby Canvas Curse
Dragon Quest Heroes: Rocket Slime
Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow
New Super Mario Bros
Meteos
Tetris DS
Sonic Rush
Phoenix Wright
ClubHouse games
Age of Empires DS
Metroid Prime Pinball
Trauma Centre
Brain Age
Viewtiful Joe
Contact
Pac'n roll
Lost in Blue

There's a start for ya. Be sure to put a voting limit as this will get messy.

Or just you being an awkward bastard =/ You must be rich, if you own all those games Smilie

Polarium

Resident Evil: DS. Amazing game, amazing port.

Another Code
Metroid Prime Hunters
Phoenix Wrights
Touch Kirby (I have the japaanese version-great name compared to Kirby-The magic paintbrush...and nintendo wonder why it didn't sell well in UK?)
Lost In Blue
Brain Training
Mario Kart DS

and i want trauma centre as it looks awesome...i haven't actually played it so i won't add it to my list.

Avoid Games Like the Plague, productivity++

Easy:

Mario Kart DS
Animal Crossing Wild World
Metroid Prime Hunters
Advance Wars Dual Strike
Castlevania Dawn Of Sorrow
Super Mario 64 DS
Lost Magic

Shame on you people saying that Another Code and Kirby are any good. Smilie

360 Gamertag: shiptoncraig
PSN: shiptoncraig
Steam: Guess what?

I have found myself going back to Mario Kart the most.

It just has the pick up and play factor!!

Phoenix Wright is good for when you have a nice chunk of time to spend.

I can't wait for Final Fantasy III. My DS won't leave my hands.

Woooooooo!!!

I have all 250 coins on Kirby...and it is good and long if you complete everything...and another code is still short even when you do everything.

THey are both short but awesome!!!

Avoid Games Like the Plague, productivity++

Mario Kart DS
Advance Wars DS
New Super Mario Bros.
