Saying "I'm looking forward to this game" has lost its oomph after all of the recently announced games Nintendo-bound, but again I shall say it...
I'm looking forward to this game
Really there is just too much SE games coming out for the DS when they get translated it will be RPG heaven in Europe.
Glad to see Brownie Brown developing it they have proven track record and have experience with the mana series so it's in capable hands
Hopefully it won't be as rushed as Sword of Mana was...great game, but you could tell it wasn't a labour of love, like Magical Vacation.
never played a mana game before so you know im looking forward to the experience of playing one at last.
It certainly has the 'Mana'-look. But I played Sword of Mana like a robot after a while. It was not that much fun, but... okay.
I hope this 'Mana' is a good game to play, because I love the artwork of the mana series...
I'm a massive fan of the Mana games but those screens don't make me want to buy this one. I like the graphical upgrade but the heroes don't look like they belong in a Mana game.
There is way too much happening on the screen! Almost three times the ammount of enemies as past Mana games, enemy health bars, a compass, some sort of enemy kills bar at the botom and what looks to me like a magic gauge on the left. It's just too much.

Looks nice, just wish all these square game would hurry up and strt filtering into the west soon, been waiting fecking AGES!
If SD3 is included as a bonus that'd be amazing...but I'd still buy a straight port as well!
2 titles for one bargain
Perhaps I was wrong about this game after all. If Secret 2 comes with it I'm definately picking it up.
That sure hell looks nice!
I've not read any clarification anywhere about this yet - mistake or slip-up, or just to show the two games share a similar story?
I'm dying to know as I'd burst with joy if we got SD3!!
So when are Square Enix going to become a second party to Nintendo
It looks like Nintendo is getting the RPG games it hardly sees on the GC but it will appear on its cousin system the DS oh boy hours and hours of RPG goodness wow i cant wait
Hot diggety! Looking gooooood!
SE are them masters of the DS when it comes to visuals heck even Nintendo games aren't looking this good
Superb looking!
My eye = on this title.
Secret of Mana and Seiken Densetsu 2 on the SNES will have to keep me entertained for now, though.
The order of releases goes like this:
And then there's the forthcoming SD4/Dawn of Mana (PS2), Heroes of Mana (DS), Friends of Mana (mobile, looks like a remake of Legend of Mana) and Seiken Densetsu (mobile, more refined version of Sword of Mana - and not by Brownie Brown).
The World of Mana is back with a bang indeed!
I just checked the trailer. Ohboy, they can make good trailers! Only by 'doing some Anime stuff! Wonderful! very touching.
And the Game itself looks promising - saw only the battle screen. Better then the battle from Sword of Mana I own on GBA, which is something of a hack'n'slay and button smashing experience...
# Seiken Densetsu (GB) = Mystic Quest (GB) = Sword of Mana (GBA)
# Seiken Densetsu 2 (SNES) = Secret of Mana (SNES)
# Seiken Densetsu 3 (SNES)
# Seiken Densetsu: Legend of Mana (PSone) = Legend of Mana (PSone)
# Seiken Densetsu: Children of Mana (DS) = Children of Mana (DS)
Hmm, perhaps I should try and play through in order then!
*Searches for GameBoy Version... in vast legal collection*
Don't know why I put "Secret of Mana and Seiken Densetsu 2" in my last post, and = /
I love this studio. Killer 7 was a little gem i picked up in Gamestation a few weeks ago, really good stuff in my opinion. This video is looking excellent!
