Sounds pretty good! It would be awesome if this game hit Nintendo Wi-Fi, online battles would be great!

sounds interesting! the nintedo WI-FI is doing great, nearly every game that is coming out now has wi-fi Smilie

I see all these people insulting the Nintendo corporation because of the lack of mature content. Yet there is something about Nintendo (at least their games) that strikes a certain unadulterated feeling of joy!!!  Pokemon Y - 1048-9263-5562

does sound good but i wonder if this would work on the wii also. it would be cool to have a mech game, that isn't cutesey gundam, on the wii

I agree - would be a good type of game to bring to the Wii if sucessful on the DS. Online battles are a must!

Perfect for Wii, wouldn't be surprised to see it on Wii as well. For some reason Custom Robo keeps coming into my mind when I hear this.

Should compliment Noise's Custom Robo quite well. And, just like Red Entertainment is doing Project Hacker and Cing is working on Hotel Dusk, Chousouju Mecha MG is being handled for Nintendo by a company called 'Sandlot', who have previously done mech games on the PS2.

You play as Martin, a 13-year-old boy who longs to be an MG (Marionetion Gear) operator. Just as Martin gets his first chance at the controls of an MG, his town comes under attack from the dangerous Automan, a pilot-less robot created by a rival group of MG operators gone astray. Martin faces off successfully against the Automan, and earns enough respect that he's given a central role in the fight against the rival MG operators.

Chousouju Mecha MG is split into a series of missions. Your goal varies according to the mission. Some require that you defeat enemy robots, while others place the emphasis on winning races.

You take control of a variety of different MGs during the missions, with the game promising at least 100. The MG can transform from vehicular to robot forms.

One of the big selling points for the title is sure to be the new form of control. You use the stylus to directly interact with the cockpit controls of you mech. Each mech has a different set of controls, some with special controls for specific weapons. A mech that uses guns, for instance, will have a gun barrel as part of the cockpit; you'll have to use the stylus to load the gun before firing.

Sounds good to me! Smilie
