World Championship Snooker With Cue Add-on

The upcoming release of World Championship Snooker on Wii features a nifty cue add-on.

In development by Blade Interactive, WSC 2008 sees a game adaptation of Snooker for the Wii and Microsoft's Xbox 360. The Wii version comes complete with a plastic cue that locks onto the top of your Wii-remote for a more realistic simulation of knocking balls about.

Looks absolutely shite visually. As a bit of an 8-ball enthusiast I can tell by just looking at that add on that it will be total wank to use. It'd be like using the front half of a two piece cue, and anyone that for some reason tried that will tell you how hard it is to play with no length or weight.

Obviously this will be totally different and it won't bother me anyway since I'll just play on by beautiful 8' table right next to me. I guess if it comes with the game and the game doesn't cost any more because of it then it's all good.

Actually it wouldn't take a pool enthusiast to tell that that contraption would be really awkward to play with. You wouldn't have to have ever played a game in your life to be able to tell.
